We have recently embarked on updating our diversity monitoring processes and will ensure that MB Group will store and process all data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. The statistics generated from our surveys will be used with the sole purpose of monitoring the diversity of our candidates and employees, and to identify any areas of diversity & inclusion, which may need to be improved.
